Corporal Arbogast.
Corporal Kurt L. Arbogast

Recently, Corporal Kurt L. Arbogast, Troop F-Bradenton, rode his bicycle with the Police Unity Tour Chapter 8, from the Virginia State Police Division V Headquarters in Virginia Beach, to Washington, D.C., for a total of 245 miles. The ride took three days to complete. Corporal Arbogast had raised $1,500.00 dollars to participate in this ride. The money was for awareness of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and provides assistance and support to family members who are "survivors" of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. The money is also used for operating the Memorial and Visitor's Center and Museum. The ride included the Virginia Chapter Police Unity Tour. There were approximately 250 riders that participated in the bike ride, the purpose of which is to create public awareness for fallen officers that were killed or died in the line of duty. Each rider rides for fallen law enforcement officers. Corporal Kurt L. Arbogast rode for fallen troopers Sergeant Andy Brown and Trooper Darryl Haywood.
