The teamwork exhibited by all of the law enforcement agencies from the surrounding areas was impressive. FHP troopers and members from our motorcycle squad assisted in the Vice President's escort. Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Motorcycle unit, the Alachua County Sheriff's Department, and the Lake City Police Department--all provided additional assistance for the event.
