SAC Thomas Raffanello, Lt. Marty Duncan,

Recently, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration honored Lieutenant Marty Duncan during the LECC Conference in Destin, Florida. Thomas Raffanello, the DEA Special Agent in Charge of Florida, presented a plaque to Lt. Duncan expressing great appreciation for his “exceptional service and leadership in drug enforcement.” Over the last decade, Lt. Duncan has served the citizens for Florida and across the United States as a drug enforcement leader and nationally recognized instructor in drug interdiction.
Lt. Duncan, who has served as the FHP Contraband Interdiction Program Coordinator since 1993, is currently on special assignment to the Florida Office of Drug Control, Executive Office of the Governor.
