Chief Howes joined five of Colonel Knightís counterparts and two other officers representing Mississippi, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee to learn about important upcoming traffic safety programs, including the national "Click It or Ticket" campaign, scheduled to be conducted in Florida May 19 through June 1, 2003. Roundtable discussions during the conference also gave each Colonel and other participants an opportunity to showcase new programs being implemented in their respective states.
