Trooper Todd Carter removes drugs from vehicle
On March 6, 2003, on Interstate 10 in Pensacola, Trooper Todd Carter stopped a 1983 Toyota for improper display of a tag. The driver was found to be in further violation by driving while his license was revoked.
After arresting the driver, Trooper Carter proceeded to conduct an inventory search of the vehicle prior to it being towed.
