Trooper Terrance Chukes
The 2003 Traffic Safety Calendar, developed by staff at the Florida Department of Transportation’s State Safety Office and the American Institute for Public Safety Foundation, features twelve months of law enforcement officers caught in action doing their jobs to keep the citizens of Florida safe.
The new calendar offers special traffic safety tips, along with pictures of different law enforcement officers from across the state representing their agencies. Trooper Terrance Chukes, Troop H, Quincy, is featured in the month of March standing in front of Troop H Headquarters with our oldest and newest patrol cars, a 1940 Ford and a 2002 Chevrolet Camaro.
The calendar is designed to make the public aware of Florida’s many critical traffic safety issues, such as aggressive driving, speeding, DUI, and unrestrained occupants that law enforcement officers must struggle with every day.
