The Tallahassee Chapter of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators held its Seventh Annual Public Service Awards Banquet on Friday, October 5, 2001, at the University Center Club at FSU in Tallahassee. The NFBPA focus is to develop managers, dedicated to public service, to meet the diverse challenges of tomorrow. The awards banquet was held to recognize individuals in the Tallahassee community who through persistence and hard work have become accomplished in their areas of public service.
Two DHSMV members received recognition at the awards banquet; FHP Major Kevin Guidry, Office of Law Enforcement Services, and Ms. Rosalind Guyton, Director of Human Relations and Customer Services for DHSMV.
