Trooper Mark Rietmann attempted to stop a motorcycle operating in-between lanes on southbound State Road 826. The motorcyclist refused to stop, accelerated at a high speed and fled from Trooper Reitmann. Trooper Patten was just south of Trooper Reitmann and using the given description and tag number of the motorcycle attempted to stop the motorcycle. The driver stopped and was arrested for Fleeing and Eluding. The motorcycle was impounded and is pending forfeiture.
