Ft. Pierce District Sergeant Ron Daniels has always been a model citizen and provided his community with outstanding leadership as a law enforcement officer, father, and a teacher to young adults. This past Christmas Sergeant Daniels and his squad members extended a helping hand to a young mother of four children in need. Collectively, they came together and purchased four bicycles, toys, and a gift card for the mother to provide for her children on Christmas morning. The young mother was overcome with joy as she explained "the unselfish act of giving during this time of year to a family in need will not only make her family feel good but that everyone in this community should feel proud to have state troopers serve them.” She also thanked the entire squad for the daily task they provide in making our roads safer for everyone.
