Troop L's boundaries encompass six counties, which include Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee. The six counties are divided into three districts, which are Davie, Palm Beach and Ft. Pierce with each commanded by a Captain. From our beautiful coastal beaches to the rich sugarcane farmland our primary focus is maintaining protection for the motoring public. Troopers enforce all laws on City, County and Interstate roadway systems within this great State. We ensure public safety on our roadways with vigorous and directed traffic enforcement. At any time Troopers will assist the public or any police agency in times of natural disasters or civil disobedience.
