District One Special Operations is based in the Orlando Patrol Station at 133 S. Semoran Boulevard, Suite A, and covers operations in Orange and Lake Counties. District one is comprised of the Motorcycle Squad, Traffic Homicide Investigations Unit, Expressway Authority Squad, the Records & Court Unit and the Leesburg Sub-District. This diverse group of certified law enforcement officers and civilian personnel are dedicated and continue to serve the citizens and visitors of the State of Florida in an exemplary manner.
