Major Randy Brown presented Paris Janos of WJHG TV 7, Panama City, Florida, the First Place Media Traffic Safety Award on behalf of Buckle-Up Florida. His name was submitted by FHP's Troop A for his excellent coverage of critical highway safety issues. His efforts have greatly assisted law enforcement in promoting educational awareness through the media and have resulted in saving lives. He can always be counted on to assist FHP or any law enforcement agency with this cause.
