SUBJECT:      Receiving of License Plate Inventory

This is a reminder to all offices and agencies to receive any inventory in FRVIS immediately.  This is especially important as the department is preparing for the annual audit September 30.  We need you to reconcile any outstanding inventory issues well in advance of this date.

Please remember that tax collector offices and license plate agencies are responsible for receiving license plate inventory in FRVIS within 10 working days of the delivery date.
