Two new reports have been added to FRVIS that will assist managers in identifying employee-training needs with regard to creating and merging customers.

The "Create Customer Activity Report" will list the customer number, the customer name, the customer type, the user_id of the clerk who processed the transaction and a timestamp for each created customer that was performed in the agency on a specified day. The report will include an attestation to be signed by the office manager. The attestation states the following:

I have examined these Create Customer transactions and have marked those that were performed inappropriately. I attest that those transactions that are not marked were necessary and performed correctly. For those transactions that are marked, I have taken the appropriate action with the user who performed the Create Customer transaction.

The "Merge Customer Activity Report" will list the source and target customer number, the source and target customer name, the source and target customer type, the user_id of the clerk who processed the transaction and a timestamp for each Merge Customer transaction that was performed in the agency on a specified day. The report will include an attestation to be signed by the office manager. The attestation states the following:

I have examined these Merge Customer transactions and have marked those that were performed inappropriately. I attest that those transactions that are not marked were necessary and performed correctly. For those transactions that are marked, I have taken the appropriate action with the user who performed the Merge Customer transaction.

Both reports must be forwarded to the department with your daily transaction reports.
