Do you need more citations for your Law Enforcement Agency?
The CourtAssist Email address is provided to the Clerks of Court
and Law Enforcement Agencies to answer questions related to DHSMV
procedures and to request more citations.
When requesting more citations, please include the following:
Agency name
Contact name and phone number
Specific citation request
For E-Citations include the following:
- Number of citations you are requesting
- Agency’s current e-citation vendor
For UTC and DUI citations include the following:
- Number of cartons (or books if requesting less than 50 books)
- Shipping address (please do not use a P. O. Box address)
- Agency address if different than shipping address
Current volume (of citation type requested) that your agency has on hand
