To print any of the following documents on your personal printer, just download the Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website, and install it on your computer. Then, print all of the PDF form files contained in the following menus with the Reader.

If you want to set your browser to view each file as it is downloaded, you must configure your browser to recognize the Acrobat Reader as a "helper" application.

If you choose, you can set your browser to automatically invoke the Acrobat Reader upon completion of each form download in order to view the file "on the fly". To do this you must configure your browser to recognize the Acrobat Reader as a "helper" application.

This can be accomplished by simply setting a few menu items in your browser configuration options menu. Please refer to your browser's documentation for specific details on configuring your browser to launch a "helper" application.
