Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law

Effective October 1, 2004, all insurance data required to be filed pursuant to Section 627.736(9)(a), Florida Statutes, must be filed through File Transfer Protocol (FTP), with on-line link to our database. Tapes and other medium received will not be accepted thereafter.
