Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law
Effective October 1, 2004,
all insurance data required to be filed pursuant to Section 627.736(9)(a),
Florida Statutes, must be filed through File Transfer Protocol
(FTP), with on-line link to our database. Tapes and other medium
received will not be accepted thereafter. See frequently asked
questions (FAQ's) for
more information about File Transfer Protocol (FTP). You can also
email the Insurance FTP group at insftp@hsmv.state.fl.us.
If your firm needs assistance in this transfer
process from your current medium to the FTP system, we have identified
some vendors who are interested
