Jason W. Wright Subject was the driver of a Ford Explorer that was traveling east in the west bound lanes of I-4 near SR 33 in Polk County on December 22, 2002. His vehicle struck a Jeep Cherokee that was traveling toward him causing the Jeep to overturn into the median. The crash killed two females. After reaching a plea agreement with the State Attorney in Polk County, FL, Wright has disappeared. There is an active warrant for his arrest. Johnny Loyd Lee was operating a vehicle on US 98 west of US 27 in Polk County on January 15, 2005, when he struck and killed 22 year old Jesus Gonzalez, fleeing the scene. Bernabe Guadelupe Garcia-Chimal while traveling westbound on Randall Blvd in Collier County, lost control of his vehicle and over turned into a canal. A rear passenger was unable to exit the vehicle and died as a result of the crash. Garcia is wanted for DUI Manslaughter. Cedric J. Lamb is wanted by the FHP for Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting Arrest with Violence. On March 22, 2005, Lamb was stopped for unlawful speed and stopped in an adjacent parking lot at Busch Boulevard and 37th Street in Tampa, FL. After smelling marijuana, Tpr. Varnell instructed Lamb to stand in front of his patrol car. Lamb began to comply, then jumped into his vehicle as Trooper Varnell grabbed his hair. Lamb placed the vehicle in gear and accelerated out of the parking lot and onto 37th Street where Trooper Varnell lost his grip and fell down. Jessica Anne Peeples Subject was driver of vehicle north bound on I-275 in Pinellas County. Subject lost control of her vehicle when she swerved to avoid a collision with another vehicle. The subject's vehicle overturned ejecting the victim. The subject is wanted by the FHP for DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide. She is believed to be in the Tampa Bay area. Walter Rhodes was paroled April 12, 1994 and a warrant for his arrest was issued December 22, 1994. February 20, 1976, while checking a parked car, Trooper Philip A. Black and Canadian Constable Donald Irwin, who was riding with him, were shot and killed. Walter Rhodes was arrested, convicted and sentenced to life April 28, 1976, in Broward County.
