The Jacksonville Regional Communications Center began operations on Thursday, September 26, 2002. All FHP radio communications moved out of the Jacksonville FHP station on Normandy Blvd. into the new center located on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Regional Headquarters complex downtown on Jefferson Street.

FHP troopers and other state law enforcement officers in 18 Northeast Florida counties will be dispatched from the Jacksonville Regional Communications Center.
