within 10 days after moving?
It's easy -- just
print this form and mail with $10 as instructed below.
The address on your Florida
driver license may be changed by mail. By submitting of this form and
a $10 check or money order, payable to Division of Driver Licenses,
you will be provided with a replacement license or a sticker to be placed
on the back of your current Florida driver license, reflecting your
new address. Need to apply for voter registration or change the address
on your voter registration, too?
